Our privacy promise

Azulize LLC (“Azulize”, “we”, “us”) makes calm, ad-free apps for children. We designed our apps to be privacy-first: no ads, no tracking, and no personal information collected from you or your child. The one exception is the purchase information needed to sell and restore optional upgrades, which is handled by Apple and our purchase provider — never for advertising. This policy explains exactly what that means.

This Privacy Policy explains what that means in practice. It applies to our mobile apps (together, the “Apps”) and to this website, www.azulize.com.

New apps are covered by this policy from the day they launch.

Information we do not collect

Our Apps are designed to work without any personal information. We do not collect, request, or require:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses;
Accounts, usernames, passwords or logins;
Photos, contacts, microphone or camera access;
Precise or approximate location;
Advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA);
Persistent identifiers used to track a child across apps or over time;
Any behavioral profile or history that could identify a child.

There are no third-party advertising networks and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in our Apps. The only third-party service our Apps use is RevenueCat, solely to manage the optional purchases described below.

Information stored only on the device

To make the Apps work, some information is saved locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else:

Game progress (for example, which pictures a child has completed);
App preferences (for example, whether background music is on or off);
Whether the full version has been unlocked on this device.

This information stays on the device. It is removed when you delete the App, and we have no way to access it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases to unlock the full version. Depending on the App, these may include auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and a one-time purchase. Buying is always optional — the free tier is a complete, calm experience.

Apple processes the payment. Your name, address and card details go to Apple, never to us. Apple’s handling is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchases. To unlock the right features, validate a purchase, and restore it across your devices, we use RevenueCat as our service provider. On our behalf, RevenueCat processes a randomly-generated app identifier, your purchase and receipt information, and basic technical data (such as country and device type). This is used only to deliver, restore and support purchases — it is never used for advertising and never to track your child across other apps or websites. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
Purchases sit behind a parental gate. A child cannot start a purchase, or reach any link that leaves the App, without an adult solving a simple gate.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device’s Settings, under your Apple Account.

Children’s privacy (COPPA and beyond)

Our Apps are intended for children and families, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). Our Apps ask for no personal details, and the only data ever processed is the purchase information described above — initiated by an adult, behind the parental gate, solely to manage purchases. Our practices are designed to align with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Apple’s Kids Category guidelines, and the principles behind the EU/UK GDPR “age-appropriate design” rules.

If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please email us at support@azulize.com and we will address it promptly.

The website

This website is a simple, static information page hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). We do not run our own analytics, set advertising cookies, or embed third-party trackers. As with any website, GitHub’s servers may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP addresses) for security and to deliver the page; see GitHub’s Privacy Statement and our own Cookie Policy for details.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only sharing that happens is with Apple and RevenueCat, strictly to process and restore the purchases you choose to make, as described in “Purchases and subscriptions” above.

Data security

The best protection for personal data is not to collect it, and that is our approach. Any information created by the Apps stays on your own device, under your control.

International users

Azulize is based in the United States. The Apps can be used worldwide. Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to transfer across borders.

Your rights

Since we hold no personal information about you or your child, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our servers. You remain fully in control of the on-device information, which you can erase at any time by deleting the App.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how our Apps handle information, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
